Rawdon James

Rawdon James – In-house Lawyer

Rawdon joined Hill McGlynn (now Randstad CPE) in 2006 while he was in the process of retraining as a lawyer. He completed his LLB (Hons) in 2007 and then attended the College of Law in Guildford where he passed his L.P.C. with Distinction. Before commencing his solicitor’s training contract with Randstad UK Holding, Rawdon sat the New York State Bar examination in 2010 and was sworn in as an Attorney at Law in 2011.

Rawdon has been responsible for managing the implementation of the Agency Workers Regulations in Randstad CPE and is the main point of contact for any issues which require escalation. He will be dealing with any specific legal enquiries that our clients may have about the regulations and their interpretation.

Lisa Tiley-Evill

Lisa Tiley-Evill, AWR Project Manager

Lisa worked for several years in Specialist Sector recruitment before moving into the Strategic Account Management side of recruitment. Her role within Randstad CPE was to ensure the smooth roll out and delivery of national and regional strategic accounts along with the analysis of the success and improvement of this type of business.

Lisa has recently been seconded as the AWR Project Manager and Implementation Executive to oversee with our in-house Lawyer the implementation of the new regulations. Working with all internal departments, Lisa’s job is to ensure that CPE are capturing and tracking all the information and data required for the new legislation. In addition Lisa has been delivering training seminars to many of our clients and all our staff here at RandstadCPE.

Samantha Sampson

Samantha Sampson, AWR Compliance Assistant

Samantha has a strong customer services background and will be liaising with our clients at the 9 week point of a temporary workers assignment to remind you of the AWR threshold approaching and to gain the parity information.

She will then be storing the information given in our database and confirming with you by letter that the information is correct. Samantha will be our client’s first point of contact for any queries or questions you may have about the new legislation.
