Hill McGlynn was established in 1976 by Executive Chairman, Stephen Hill. The company’s objective was to offer a quality recruitment service to the global construction industry whilst also maintaining local knowledge and relationships.

Today, Hill McGlynn has a worldwide turnover of over £110million, more than 350 staff and is globally recognised as the leading specialist in construction recruitment.

Since 1999, Hill McGlynn have also been part of the Vedior Group, one of the worlds largest staffing organisations. Vedior operates in 50 countries throughout Europe, North America, South America, Australasia, South Africa and Asia and has a wide ranging portfolio of specialist recruitment brands ranging from engineering and accountancy to marketing and HR.
