cpe's impact on the environment
We recognise the importance of reducing the impact CPE has on the environment and
regularly review our environmental policies to ensure we are continually doing as
much as we can. Some of the changes we have implemented include:
- Only using 100% recycled copier paper in our offices
- All printed marketing literature is produced on 98% recycled paper
- Use vegetable based ink on our marketing literature
- All company computers have been upgraded to more efficient system which uses 60%
less energy
- All obsolete paper is recycled
- All obsolete I.T. is recycled or disposed of in line with WEEE regulations
- Obsolete furniture and non electrical equipment is recycled
- We now only purchase diesel company cars
- We operate a ‘Ride to Work’ scheme
- We purchase environmentally friendly stationery products and consumables
- When replacing equipment we ensure we source products with excellent environmental
ratings
