Health and Safety touches every part of our business and involves everybody - from
the Randstad Group, Randstad CPE board of directors, managers, safety officers,

have responsibilities and specific roles to play,
Therefore Randstad CPE employs an in house qualified Health and Safety Manager responsible
for the overseeing and development of risk mitigation strategies relating to all
corporate, business, operational and individual risks which includes Randstad Training
Services.
Who are Training Services?
Randstad Training Services is the "in house" training facilitator for Randstad CPE
which aims to provide a Health & Safety Competent workforce by means of training
to set standards and best practice. Its function is to organise (on a National basis)
the external training and development of Randstad CPE employees and to enhance the
skills of temporary workers.
What do Training Services Do?
Training Services organise and arrange suitable and adequate training for its entire
national temporary workforce providing a range of functions covering aspects such
as:
- Construction training
- Competency requirements
- Industry scheme requirements (CSCS, CPCS, IPAF)
- Training needs analysis
- Industry and legislative compliance requirements
- Awarding body and qualification schemes
- Health & Safety

Health & Safety Pack
As part of Randstad CPE continued commitment to its employees and temporary workforce
we have implemented a system of management procedures to ensure compliance with
all relevant rules, regulations and instructions relevant to the placement of staff
on assignments within the construction industry. Part of these procedures is the
issue of a comprehensive H&S pack which is designed to enable you to identify construction
hazards, risks and consequences and will therefore assist you to maintain safe working
practices and will act as a reminder of the essential safety precautions which are
necessary for safe working. Each section details the actions necessary to ensure
safety whilst working in particular situations.
