Hill McGlynn has newly become a patron of the Charity CRASH.
This year Hill McGlynn has set aside the money they would normally spend on buying and mailing company Christmas cards and donated it to CRASH instead.
CRASH helps homelessness charities to improve their premises, facilities and accommodation provided for homeless people. CRASH brings together the expertise and help of professionals and companies from the UK construction and property industries to assist homelessness projects to reduce construction costs.
The Charities work with the companies supporting CRASH and save money, get better value for their money, or both. It also means that the charities receive professional support and guidance.
At any one time, CRASH has around forty "live" projects across the UK and they anticipate receiving an average of four requests for help each month.
CRASH is funded entirely by their Patrons from the construction and property sectors-these annual contributions cover their core costs, so all monies raised from fundraising goes directly towards the homelessness projects they help, none is spent on administration. They receive no money from the public sector.
At present CRASH is supporting Community centres, Night Shelters, Detox Support, Outreach support and Short term accommodation. These are to name but a few of the good causes CRASH supports.

14-25 February & 11-15 June 1008
Take your pick of two cycling challenges and raise funds for CRASH. Either cycle for 4 days from London to chic Paris (11-15 June 2008) or a more adventurous and challenging 11 days to exotic Cuba (14-25 Feb 2008). Whatever your fitness level, these two expeditions provide something for everyone and your are looked after every step of the way.

An opportunity to participate in the construction industry’s most prestigious golf tournament and play against colleagues from virtually every sector of your industry. For the 2008 Golf Classic, a percentage of the entry fee will be donated to CRASH.
