industry, have scooped a major industry award by winning the Construction Marketing
Awards ‘Best Marketing Website’.
The Construction Marketing Awards recognise the work and achievement which contractors,
consulting engineers, architects and suppliers to the construction industry undertake
in order to market their businesses and products. With the Construction Industry
outstripping the UK’s GDP for the third consecutive year, competition throughout
the industry is tough and marketing plays a key role for all businesses.
The Hill McGlynn’s website, www.hillmcglynn.com, which attracts over 1500 candidate
applications to vacancies a month, was short listed from over 600 entries The judges
were impressed with the way in which www.hillmcglynn.com has developed its site
for its target audience and the way in which it marketed itself in order to direct
more candidates looking for jobs to the site.

the website in order to make it more accessible for candidates and improving the
