Hill McGlynn were very proud to see Zoe Mills receiving her Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award, with her trainer Judy McDougall and assessor Pete Marston, who is also the International Manager for Hill McGlynn.
Zoe had been sponsored by Hill McGlynn to attend an Outward Bound activity week, a scheme set up to inspire young people from all backgrounds to fulfil their potential though challenging outdoor activities. It was from this experience that Zoe was motivated to achieve her Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award, a programme of practical, cultural and adventurous challenges to support personal and social development in young people.
Peter Marston, commenting on Zoes achievement said: "It was encouraging to see Zoes achievement as it demonstrates that our sponsorship of the Outward Bound Trust does positively affect young people from under privileged backgrounds to go on and achieve further goals."
