Hill McGlynn achieves Top 100 Status for the Fourth Consecutive Year

The leading construction recruitment organisation, Hill McGlynn, has achieved for the fourth consecutive year to be listed in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for.

The list, produced by the Sunday Times newspaper, is the leading survey and ranking for UK companies. The survey saw 997 companies in the UK take part and 90% of the survey results are based on the staff survey which this year saw over 200,000 employees surveyed. Hill McGlynn has been placed at 32nd position in the 2009 rankings.

Mark Bull, Managing Director of Hill McGlynn, said of the ranking:
"To appear in the list of the top 100 companies to work for is an achievement, but we are delighted to appear for the fourth consecutive year, especially as the ranking is based on your staffs perception and opinion of the company. In the present economic climate, it is inevitable that staff will be concerned about the implications to them during such tough market conditions, however, as our high ranking shows, Hill McGlynn continues to communicate, involve and develop our staff which, ultimately, increases production and business success. Myself and the rest of the Directors will be analysing the results to look at further ways we can improve what we do as a company to benefit our staff – not just for our UK based staff, but also our overseas teams."
