Commitment to candidate and customer care was rewarded with a trip on the aircraft carrier, HMS Illustrious for two Hill McGlynn staff.
Unit Managers Jamie Dargie and Lee Harley from Hill McGlynn’s Birmingham branch were rewarded with two days and one night on board with the crew of the Illustrious after continually fulfilling customer expectations.
National Operations Director, Mark Bull said of the trip: "The trip on HMS Illustrious was a reward to Jamie and Lee who have shown exceptional commitment to customer care, something which was outlined in our re-accreditation for the Investors in People Award and of which Hill McGlynn pride themselves on."
The actual trip on the aircraft carrier was nearly missed when Jamie and Lee were late for embarkation and had to join the Illustrious by means of a launch and a 30ft rope ladder.
Jamie, Lee and Hill McGlynn would like to thank the crew of the Illustrious, especially Lieutenant Ian Harper, for a wonderful experience.
